1814, why ?
Merely because 1814 marks the year of the end of the construction of La
Maison SEVESSAND we can read on main beam at the top of the roof of the
farm.
More than 200 years later, the atmosphere of the apartment extends the
origins of the building: old wood, thick beams, wooden floors and wood
stove for a very warm atmosphere.
Labelled Eco-Gîte and
3 épis (level of comfort of a 3 stars hotel) Gite de France, with a
maximum capacity of 5 people for 4 beds, the 1814 does not hide its
comfort: central floor heating and wood stove, solar and photovoltaic
panels, wide open terrace facing south.
The 1814 is distributed on
the ground floor with: living area with sofas and armchairs, reading,
games and audoi system (CD, FM tuner and 3.5 jack for audio connection
ordiateur or mobile phone); Room double bed (160 x 200); fully equipped
kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, gaz and
induction hobs, extractor hood, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ...) ;
laundry and toilet.
Upstairs: mezzanine with double bed (160 x 200); room with 2 single
beds (90 x 200); bathroom with shower; toilet.
Its
openings facing south on meadows and children playground (slide, swing, trampoline) will give
you a full access to the surrounding nature!

1814 also offers other facilities: central vacuum cleaner, washing
machine, wood stove and barbecue.
For your baby, we provide: baby bed, changing mat, baby chair, bottle warmer and
cot.
The apartment is strictly non smoking. Pets are not allowed inside the
apartment. There is no TV and no WiFi but internet is available with a câble.
Bed sheets are provided and our price includes all consumptions and fees (water, electricity,
heating, internet broadband and wood).
The 1814 can accommodate up to 5 people for stays ranging from weekend to several
weeks. It can be booked at the same time as the 2010 to host well in
one place up to 10 people.
