Queige, Valley of Le Beaufortain, Savoie, France. This 1814 old farm is hanging on the Roche Pourrie's mountain slopes. It is the host house of SEVESSAND family ancestors. The farm has been partially renoved at the begining of this century. The apartment has been entirely renovated in 2010.

SEVESSAND house is 7km away from the host city of the 16th Olympic Winter Games, Albertville. Within 15 minutes you are in the town center : railway station, motorway, groceries, post office, cinemas, theatre, museum, swimming pool, ice rink, ... In about 30 minuts by car you access to the ski resorts of les Saisies-Espace Diamant, Les Contamines-Hauteluce or Arêches-Beaufort. The famous village of Megève and the biggest world's ski resort of les 3 vallées are 45 minutes away. Paradiski and Chamonix are about 1 hour drive.



As nature is going green, spring tries to hold snow. Summer days are gorgeous and hot, nights are sweet and fresh. That allows a full recovery from your amazing walking or cycling trips through the Alp mountains while kids are swimming in the lakes. In autumn, fruits that provide jams and juices are delicious. First snowflakes appears in November. Winter is on. Snow stays untill march. It's time for skiing, mountaineering, snowshoeing or full moon sledge on the road and, of course, snowmen and igloos with children !
